The Team Academy learning method is based on teamwork, "learning by doing" (with real projects for real clients) that involves the creation and development of a real company. The team coaches and a team of support experts are the figures that facilitate this process with a role similar to that of a sports team. Their job is to guide, advise, formulate questions, challenge, motivate, advise, narrate experiences ...
